Sea moss is one of the oldest and most nutritious plant forms on Earth! This incredible marine red algae grows naturally along rocky coastlines around the world and has been enjoyed for generations. It's full of naturally occurring minerals and contains antioxidants and fiber, making it a wonderful replacement for a multivitamin and more. And the best part? It's incredibly easy to enjoy! Sea moss can be made into a smooth, delicious gel that you can eat right off the spoon or add to your smoothies, juices, and recipes.

At Living Immunity®, we do sea moss a little differently! Our sea moss is wildcrafted from the beautiful waters of St. Lucia and freshly prepared in small batches using real fruit, never fruit concentrates. What really sets us apart is the taste and texture. We've intentionally created a sea moss gel that's smooth, flavorful, and genuinely enjoyable to eat. When refrigerated, it has a soft, jam-like consistency rather than that thick, goopy texture you might expect. You can even enjoy it frozen for a refreshing, gelato-like treat!Behind every batch is our plant-based, alkaline-focused chef, who puts genuine care and intention into every recipe. As a family-owned business, we believe eating well should be something you actually look forward to, and that's exactly what we bring to every jar!

The recommended dosage is 2 tablespoons a day for an ordinary person. Enjoy it by the spoonful, or add it to your smoothies, soups, teas, or use it as a thickening agent in recipes. It’s versatile and easy to incorporate into your diet.

Absolutely! Quality and safety are a big deal to us. We test our sea moss for heavy metals and have a Certificate of Analysis (COA) to back it up.Sea moss naturally absorbs minerals from the ocean, but it can also absorb unwanted heavy metals. That's why we're so intentional about where our sea moss comes from and the quality of what goes into every jar.Sea moss has also traditionally been described as a natural chelator, meaning it contains compounds that can bind to certain metals. Our priority is making sure you're getting quality sea moss without unnecessary exposure to contaminants. After all, the goal is to keep unwanted heavy metals out of your body, not add more!

No refined or processed sugars here! We use carefully selected natural sweeteners, including blue agave nectar, pure maple syrup, and coconut sugar. We're especially particular about our blue agave nectar, which we source directly from Mexico. We specifically choose agave nectar rather than conventional agave syrup because of how it's sourced and processed. Many commercial agave syrups are heavily processed, which is why authenticity and quality control matter so much to us. Mexico also has quality standards in place to help protect the authenticity of agave products.Blue agave is naturally associated with beneficial plant compounds, including minerals and inulin, a type of prebiotic fiber. It's also traditionally valued in alkaline-focused diets for its alkaline-forming properties after metabolism. For us, it's about more than sweetness. We want to stay connected to the natural origins of every ingredient, from where it's grown to how it's prepared without sacrificing flavor!

Not at all! Our sea moss is 100% wild-harvested straight from the Caribbean waters of St. Lucia, where it grows naturally in the ocean, not in artificial chlorine pools or farms. We keep things as close to nature as possible. Once harvested, we simply clean, sun-dry, and package our sea moss. No artificial growing environments or unnecessary processing! For us, it's about preserving the natural origins of our ingredients. That includes everything from where they're harvested to how they're prepared. We believe quality starts at the source, and that's why we're so particular about where our sea moss comes from!

Sea moss naturally comes in shades of red and purple, but here's something interesting! As it's exposed to sunlight during drying, its natural pigments begin to fade, giving it that beautiful golden color. The longer it's exposed to the sun, the lighter it can become. It's all part of the traditional sun-drying process that helps prepare our wild-harvested sea moss!

Keep it refrigerated at all times, even before you open it! Our sea moss gels are made with natural ingredients, so proper storage helps keep them fresh and delicious. For the best freshness, enjoy your sea moss within 14 days. Want to make it last longer? Freeze it for up to 2 months! You can even enjoy it frozen as a refreshing gelato-like treat.
