Alkaline Ancient Grain Black Quinoa | Healthy Replacement of Rice
Ingredients: Ancient black quinoa
Directions: After rinsing quinoa thoroughly, add 1 cup of rice to 1 ¾ cups of water. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium to high. Cook uncovered until the quinoa has absorbed all the water (Adding more water will cause the quinoa to become mushy) This ratio yields 3 cups cooked quinoa or 6 (½ cup) servings.
