Ingredients: Black seed (Made from whole nigella Sativa ‘black seed’)

Directions: 1 tsp added to food of choice. Use sparingly as a seasoning. Use as black pepper replacer also in smoothies, salads etc. (Adding to Much Black Seed will create a more bitter taste!)
