Alkaline Ancient Wild Rice
Notice with traditional rice it sucks up water and does the same in our bodies, take note that when the wild rice is cooked you must still drain a lot of excess water remaining in the pot showing it is way less starchy than classic rice.
Ingredients: Natural Harvested Ancient Wild Rice
Directions: After rinsing thoroughly, add 1 cup of wild rice to 4
cups of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes, or until desired texture is reached. Drain water. This ratio yields 3-4 cups of cooked wiled rice.
